Saving agriculture

Green Concept Management

Our intervention with the Secretary General for Climate Change, Ms. Anna Barnadas

Fundamental principles of our concept, as adopted by the governments of Catalonia and France

Empreinte Photovoltaique Zéro©, has as its main pillar the general interest because only in this way can we make a consensual and globally sustainable development of renewable energy industries necessary for the protection of the environment.
AgriVitiVoltaico EPZ is a means of combining, for the good of all, an industrial activity of General Interest with another sector of General Interest that has been neglected by all: agriculture. The maintenance of farmers on their land must be guaranteed over time, as well as the return of unharmed farmers at the end of their industrial exploitation.

It is not a question of the agricultural world promoting solar photovoltaic energies, but rather of the photovoltaic industry helping to resuscitate and revive a sector with an essential and forgotten activity, such as agriculture.“says Guy de Maillé in defining the philosophy of these projects. The developers give full guarantees for the dismantling (disassembly and restoration of the land) of the facilities on the day they cease to operate, either because the lease has expired or they must be removed because they are obsolete. To do so, they assume commitments beyond those established by current regulations (which only provide for the posting of a bond for the value of the cost of dismantling, which is difficult to quantify in the case of long operating periods: about 30 years).

  • OVERALL COMMITMENT 100% 100%
  • AGRICULTURAL SUSTAINABILITY 100% 100%
  • SOCIAL ETHICS 100% 100%
  • ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY 100% 100%
